How Signing In Works

Two simple steps: your password, then a code we email you.

Signing in to the PIC website takes two simple steps: your password, then a short code we email you. The code is what keeps your account safe — even if someone guessed your password, they could not get in without your email.

Signing in, step by step

  1. Click "Log In" at the top of any page.
  2. Type your username or email address and your password, then click Log In.
  3. Check your email. Within a minute you will receive a message from Pikesville Improvement Corporation titled "Your PIC sign-in code is …".
  4. Type the numbers from that email into the box on the website and click the button. You're in!

After you sign in, you will see My Dashboard, your personal page with your membership, profile, event RSVPs, photos and email settings.

Good to know

  • You need a new code each time you sign in. It is sent automatically — you never have to set anything up.
  • A code works once and stops working after 10 minutes. If it expires, simply sign in again and a new code is sent.
  • Can't find the email? Wait a minute, then look in your Junk or Spam folder. Adding contactus@pikesvilleimprovement.org to your contacts helps our emails arrive.
  • Use the same email you registered with. You can see it on My Dashboard.
  • Forgot your password? On the Log In page, click "Lost your password?" and we will email you a link to choose a new one.
  • Have a Microsoft account? You may click "Continue with Microsoft" instead of typing a password. This is optional.
  • Never share your code. PIC will never call, text or email you asking for your code or password.
